In recent years, the climate has become increasingly extreme, with longer summers and winters, leaving fewer opportunities to experience the distinct beauty of spring and autumn. Reflecting on the emotional richness of Japan's spring and autumn, I created this work by representing spring with fresh flowers and autumn with dried flowers.
With the hope that the four seasons will never be lost.
